Terms of Service

Solstice Digital Studio designs, hosts, and maintains professional websites for contractor businesses. Contractor clients are responsible for the accuracy of content and imagery supplied for their websites.

The communications platform delivers operational, informational, non-promotional SMS notifications to contractor accounts. Contractor clients agree to use the platform only for its intended operational purposes.

Call tracking provisions telephone numbers used to measure marketing performance. Contractor clients are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and privacy laws in their jurisdiction.

Operational SMS notifications are limited to inbound call activity and account events for contractor accounts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Contractor clients agree not to use the Services to: (a) send unsolicited marketing SMS to consumers; (b) distribute consumer leads over SMS; (c) violate any law or carrier policy, including 10DLC and CTIA guidelines; (d) transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content.

• Provide accurate account and contact information
• Maintain the security of account credentials
• Use tracking numbers and messaging in compliance with applicable laws
• Promptly notify us of any suspected misuse of the Services

We provide the Services on an "as available" basis and use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime. Third-party telecommunications and infrastructure providers may affect availability.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable account agreement. Upon termination, contractor clients may request export or deletion of account data.
