When a contractor establishes an account with Solstice Digital Studio, we collect business contact information including company name, contact name, email address, mobile phone number, website, and any notes provided. This information is used to configure the contractor's account, provision tracking numbers, and deliver operational notifications.

Solstice Digital Studio sends operational SMS notifications to contractor clients regarding inbound call activity on tracking numbers assigned to their account. These notifications include missed call alerts, inbound call notifications, and operational account notifications.

Message frequency varies based on inbound call activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Solstice Digital Studio does not send marketing SMS to consumers. Our SMS traffic consists solely of operational, informational, non-promotional notifications delivered to onboarded contractor accounts.

Solstice Digital Studio does not distribute consumer leads over SMS and does not operate a consumer lead marketplace via SMS.

We do not sell personal information. Contractor account information is used to operate the platform, provide the services requested, and comply with legal obligations.

Contractor clients may update account information or request deletion by contacting us. SMS recipients may reply STOP at any time to discontinue operational notifications.
