Solstice Digital Studio provides operational SMS notifications to contractor clients as part of our communications platform.

What we send

Notifications are delivered only to onboarded contractor accounts and include:

  • Missed call alerts
  • Inbound call notifications
  • Operational account notifications

Message character

All messages sent through the Solstice Digital Studio communications platform are:

  • Operational
  • Informational
  • Non-promotional

Messages are never sent to consumers as marketing. Solstice Digital Studio does not send promotional SMS campaigns.

Consent & controls

Contractor clients opt in to operational notifications during account onboarding. Message frequency varies based on inbound call activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance.
